I love how this book had a funny twist to jack and the bean stalk. This book is awesome!!
This story is an interesting take on the Jack and the Beanstalk book. I was expecting it to be along the same lines, and have the same broad audience appeal as the original story. I was wrong. It is my mistake for not reading this book myself before I read it to my children. I will never read it to them again. The giant drinks a beer? Seriously? I do not need my 4 year exposed to this!
This is an incredibly odd and gross book. It's obviously a take on Jack & the Beanstalk (except Jack trades beans for a magic cow). The scenes with the giant are gross. Jack walks in boogers and the giant belches. It's certainly not appropriate for my 3 year old ... maybe for a 23 year old. Maybe.
This story adds a funny twist to the classic story! It is really entertaining to little kids and a great bedtime story!
This was a cute and funny twist on Jack and the Beanstalk. I got it with my grandson in mind, and I think that kid's will love it! I thought it had a funny twist to the story and I loved the drawings!
